Once your order is confirmed, our team will assign a dedicated point of contact for smooth coordination regarding product selection, quantities, customization, packaging, and dispatch updates. As most of our products involve handcrafted processes, we recommend confirming orders in advance to allow enough production time.
Customization & Bulk Orders

Cancellations & Changes
Since bulk and gifting orders involve production planning and inventory blocking, cancellations or major changes are only possible within a limited timeframe after confirmation. Once production or packaging has begun, orders may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
Damages & Support
We carefully pack every order, but in case of transit damage or any issue, please reach out to us with proper photos/videos within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Our team will review each case individually and provide the best possible resolution.
